Nandita Dani is a junior at Bergen County Academies studying business and finance. She loves traveling, dancing, and listening to music - her favorite artist right now is Daniel Caesar! She has been apart of Konnekt since 2020, and she is excited to continue give back to the community through it.

Rajan Grover is a sophmore at Hoboken High School. He enjoys playing sports, especially soccer, along with reading, traveling, DJing, and cooking. He has been a member of the Konnekt Volunteer team for four years and now serves as the HR Coordinator. He is excited to continue making an impact through the core team.

Anushka Singh is a sophomore at Montclair Kimberly Academy. Outside of volunteering, she loves dance, art and tennis. She has been a Konnekt Volunteer since middle school and is excited to join the core team and help out her community!

Archana has a Masters in Communication and extensive experience in event management, artist and repertoire management & studio management. She worked in the music industry in India for 8 years and was a part of the team that launched EMI-Virgin in India. She also worked as a production manager on several international films that were shot in India before moving to the USA.
In the US, Archana worked for a few years in advertising and media buying before starting Kulture Kool in 2009.
Kulture Kool (www.kulturekool.com) is a South Asian cultural center in New Jersey, teaching dance, music, drama, languages & culture to adults and children. Kulture Kool has 4 locations in North Jersey with over 500 students.
Archana also does national tour management for world music groups. She is very active in promoting diversity & cultural understanding through educational workshops and assemblies, schools, local museums, libraries and events in the NY/NJ Metropolitan area.
She is the Founder and Director of The Diversity Center, a proposed center which will bring together the ethnicities and cultures in our community under one roof, to provide affordable performing arts and language education for all ages, with a focus on inclusion and respect.(www.thediversitycenter.org)
